Orlin D. Mills, CFE – VP ZPIC 4 Operations

Orlin Mills is the Vice President of ZPIC 4 Operations with CES. In his role Orlin leads a team of fraud investigators in all aspects of protecting against fraud, waste and abuse of the Medicare/Medicaid Trust Fund. Orlin is an experienced investigator who also holds the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. Orlin has over 15 years combined experience as a Private Investigator and Health Care Fraud Investigator. He maintains a working relationship with several federal and local Law Enforcement agencies identifying and sharing fraud schemes and strategies to reduce the healthcare related fraud in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Orlin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice in 1993 from Grambling State University located in Grambling, Louisiana. Orlin is a devoted coach and mentor deeply involved with youth athletics with several community leagues and organization around the city of Houston, TX.
